The other problem with these is that these translations uses the formal form to say something that would most likely be put in the familiar, in the languages that have separate formal and familiar forms - usted versus tu' in spanish, etc.

Spanish provides many colorful colloquial variations. If I recall correctly, the local slang for the male member is "mango" in Cuba, meaning you have to watch out for getting into trouble if what you really want to talk about a certain fruit!
