Help converting a .rar video

Hello,
I found a great video but it is in .rar format. I do not have the software to play it so I was wondering if someone could either convert it and post it to this thread in a different format, or someone could give me a way to do it myself. Here is the link:

I would really only want the 4th part

rar files are compressed files, not specifically a video file. You would need all of the rar files and to then decompress them to get the original video file extracted.
