Hi,

When i stand up straight, my stomach is relatively flat.

However, when i sit down or crouch/bend down, i have this really annoying piece of loose stomach fat, that will NOT go away!

Im 126lbs, which I think is fairly light, so I assume it is just "baby-fat", but i jog do aerobic activities, but NOTHING makes it go away!

<<<<My avatar picture is how my stomach looks when i stand up

But here is what it looks like when im sitting down - you can see the 'rolls'.

Could it just be loose skin lol?

help!

thanks!

It looks like just what normally happens when you sit down and your skin sort of bunches up anyway from being pushed down towards the centre of gravity, only some people show it more than others for one reason or another. If you are that worried about it you could see a cosmetic surgeon or even a diet specialist, but by the looks of things man it looks pretty normal.

Pretty sure based on your other pictures that your "flab" is just skin. When you stand, your skin is stretched out, when you sit, it's going to relax. My boyfriend is very thin and wears 29" jeans and still has it. You look great, shouldn't be so worried :)

You can't do a thing about it man, and it isn't baby fat, that is gone after a few months after birth...
Don't make a problem of it, everyone have it, be happy you don't have it when you stand up.

Ciao

I think that you look great the way you are, but human nature is never satisfied. To take it to the next level, get a personal trainer who will push you to your limits and beyond with your gym and cardio workouts. Learn about nutrition and never consume anything that conflicts with your fitness goals. Some people have a fabulous body due to genetics. Others have to work very hard to get it. Ultimately, it's a matter of how much time and energy that you want to dedicate to it. Good luck!

Though you mentioned your wieght, what about your height? and try holding your lower abs in and sit up straight! slouching is bad for circulation and makes your stomach look flabby.
also, look into a way of eating (not really a diet) called "Fit For Life" Often this method of eating and food combining will optimize your stored energy (body fat) to your activity level needs.

I've been following it for years, not always as stringent as the guidelines suggest, but at 51, 158#s, 5'-11", ~8% body fat, 130 cholesterol, b.pp 120/70, bla bla bla, I'd say it's working for me.
