hello guys, i've been experiencing low sex drive, i really have a lot going on in my life that actually makes me feel indifferent about sex, i really want to pleasure my wife when she is turned up, i dont want to let her down but lately i struggle to get it hard, sometimes i get turned on by something she say or do and instantly get it hard but mins later i get it flacid again, it starts a chain reaction that makes me feel frustrated. it used to turn me on to touch her and feel her all wet but its not working anymore, eating her pussy wont work anymore! i dont know what to do.

It sounds like more psychological. There are some libido supplements or other options out there, but I do not know if they will necessarily help you in your case.

I might suggest that you eat better quality foods, lose 5 lbs by walking through your neighbor after work.
Stretch, breath deeply, try sex in the morning when testosterone is the highest levels.
(Plus - follow the others advise - stay off the porn sites - and STOP masturbating)

Yeah, it sounds psychological.

Besides talking to a terapist, what you can do is;

1) Eat and sleep well (drink less alcohol - quit if you smoke)
2) Work out (especially leg press and lunges with dumbbells really help for the next day)
3) Get some sunshine
4) Drink moderate amount of coffee or green tea
5) Eat bananas, peanuts, strawberries, hazelnuts ...
4) You can take ZMA (zinc, magnesium, b6 vitamin) before you go to bed
5) Korean Ginseng helped me with the erection, some people say l-arginine helps too.
6) Take a walk with your wife.
7) Try something that relaxes you - vacation, watching a match, sit-coms etc...

Sounds like you're stressed to you need some way to alleviate that and try to get a good sleep pattern going.
as for supplements you can take increase libido I would suggest maca root (black maca especially) buy the powder not the pills because it's more economical. U just need 1/2tsp to 1tsp a day. ZMA helps with Testosterone production but take it before bed and it also helps as a sleep aid. Grape seed extract has been know to help as well because it's a vascular dilator and will open the blood vessels more thus stronger errections

First, isolate the stress in your life and manage it. Leave work at work, and home at home. Stress can really hurt a man's ability to get it up and keep it up.

Secondly, if you don't already have a gym membership get one. Working out increases your testosterone levels. I've used a lot of exercises from men's health. Do a combination of weight lifting and cardio. Get your heart pumping. It will help keep your veins and arteries cleared out. When you increase your heart rate blood flows faster. You won't see results in a week but keep at it. You will see results. It takes time to reverse the damage of not taking care of yourself. It will take determination and dedication. If you can, go before work in the mornings. It will give you more energy throughout the day. If you've got the time and feel like it, you could go again after work or dinner a couple of days a week. I do this just to speed up the process of getting into shape. But you'll soon notice that you'll be getting erections or hanging heavy throughout the day from the increased activity. I've found that working out relieves a lot of stress, and keeps the mind focused on the task of getting yourself into shape.
If you're going to workout you can always do like I do and have a protein shake after your workout.

Thirdly, eat healthy foods fish, chicken breast, sirloin steak, nuts fresh veggies, you get the idea. Stay away from french fries. I usually grill chicken and steak and have a salad with my dinner. Drink lots of water. Get plenty of rest. If you are not on a sleeping schedule put yourself on one. Try to get at least eight hours of sleep a night.

After starting working out again - how long did it took you to feel a significant increase in your sex drive and your erections? What was your routine?

It took me a couple of months before I really felt my sex drive increasing. I was really out of shape and seriously stressed out over the way I looked and I had just started a new job. That in its self is stressful enough. But I trudged through it.

First I had never worked out before, so I started out real slow. Got onto men's health. A yr ago I started out with burpee's. I could barely do three. I could barely get on the floor. I weighed 200lbs. A couple of 20 lbs dumb bells laying on my back on the bench I'd bring then to my chest and up 10x then stretch my arms out even with my chest 10x. Pancakes 10x each arm. Over my head 10x. I didn't really know what I was doing but, you have to start somewhere.

I watched the other guys in the gym I'd do some of the things they did. Incline Smith machine weights decline on the same machine. I do decline leg press, leg extensions, leg curls, butterfly cable pull, lateral pull. Like I said it was slow going.

I had to force myself up out of the bed and out of the house. I'd get up at 3 AM I still do. The burpees will really torch fat. I still do a lot of those exercises but I also added cardio usually 15 min on elliptical, and treadmill. I get on the rowing machine 3 min, arc trainer at least 2 min at 20 setting and bicycle for 10-20 min. That's in exercisesng.

I also do the mother of all ab workouts. 6 exercises 4 mins. It's intense but it works. Ab cruncher with 100lbs, ab coaster with 40-45 lbs, ab cruncher laying down 125 lbs I do at least 10 x each piece of equipment.
I get to the gym at around 3:50 or 4AM get dressed and do a full body every morning. Unless I'm not feeling good them I still go I just do cardio. I usually go 5 days a week. I started going a couple of evenings through the week also after I have dinner because my goal weight is in sight and I'm dying to see my abs. haha

If you are stressing that could be part of it. Stress wrecks havoc with our dicks. Don't ask me why though.

I've been having to deal with stressful situations myself lately. But if I workout twice a day it helps drain a lot of the stress away and I fall asleep almost as soon as my head hits the pillow.
