I found out that they are called Shane Simpson and Alfie Tolcher.
Shane's (the Black guy in the back) Twitter seems to indicate that he is of Jamaican and Indian descent. He has a number of social media accounts:

It seems they've broken up. There is no hint of their relationship in their accounts.
