It's Thiago Lazzarato from back in 2022 when he was briefly linked with Josh Moore. In fact, originally it was a two-shot of Thiago & Josh across the table from each other. As witness:

It was a turbulent relationship. Obviously.
They both look fantastic in the shot but, frankly, I prefer it when it's reduced to Just Thiago. He's really looking peak here and Josh just... distracts.
