I fortunately stumbled upon the video that I was looking for for months,, but I still have not figured out the name of the original creator.

I remember this creator having a Redgifs and Reddit account, and from his profile I believe he is a bull based in Houston.

I tried doing a reverse image search but I didn’t get any information
