i've been doing jelqing for a few weeks now, and i think i've had some slight gains. the only problem is that my erections are significantly softer, and my orgasms significantly less powerful. i'm assuming this is because of jelqing. how can i fix this???

Take a couple of days off jelqing...

    Kegels should help, too

And remember - the effects of all the exercises wont be overnight... So persevere and be patient :biggrin1:

Your exercises are to intense. Take a break for a week or two and then restart by taking it down a notch. Same thing happened to me when i first started.

Most likely you're just overdoing it. Stop or cut back for a few days and see what happens. You should come back better than before.

Are you doing all of the other prescribed movements in the basic routine?

To ensure that you're not overtraining, you should always keep a close eye on your Physiologic Indicators.
