Help me estimate? How big is this guy?

This (attached) belongs to one of my ex, semi flaccid. He grows an extra 2 inches when he's fully hard. How big does this look to you? I'm estimating he's around average length so would I be correct to say this looks around 4 inches?

Does it count if I had his consent years ago? He said "do whatever you want with it".

He's posted some vids of me online with my face on there without my consent.
