Help me with my workout plan

Hi guys. I am 20 years old , 178cm and 65 kg (wanna take that 10 kgs up). I want to get bigger pecs/biceps and back muscles. Does anyone have a good workout plan for 5 times a week? Preferably PPL. Also, coaching would be even the best, but that seems unrealistic.

Progressive overload. Be consistent in the gym and in the kitchen. Enjoy the process!
