If it's just for a short while, take a deep breath and chill. If you need too, go for a walk. My mom and I were not the best of friends. When she died, it was a super lonely feeling. It's been 2.5 years and I still miss her. Enjoy her while you have her.

My mom was the Queen of guilt trips. She used them on me to manipuulate and control. She did it to the point of abuse. I got where I was immune. Get immune to them. They don't work on me anymore.
