Help my jelqs / routine.

    Hey,

    Following Big Al's adivce, i decided to start at a simple 30 jelqs, adding about 5-10 jelqs each week. 2 days on / 1 day off. I will add some stretches later on.

    When I jelq, I "pump" in some fresh blood then jelq with moderate intensity, is this ok? Am i jelqing alright ? I also jelq for 5 seconds, it this too long for a noob ?

    I think that is ok.

    I also do 2 days on 1 day off.

    I think the pumping of the blood is ok too, dont use too much intensity in the beginning though. And use lube!

    Lube really made my jelqing easier and I saw increases very fast. I use nivea creme. (Noone will ask questions when they see that ;D)

    Adomfg- That sounds ok. Are you also doing your warm ups/cool downs and stamina work?

    I do 5min warmup and warmdown and 50kegels after my workout

    Sound good :) The only thing I'd recommend adding would be the "Stop and Start" exercise 2-3 times a week for increasing stamina/control and fro promoting greater penile blood flow.
