I don't expect many replies to this thread but it always seems someone on here has the answer to everything so here's hoping
I've tried nail foils a few times, you know, you paint your nail with the special glue, put the acetate backed nail foil on them, rub down and cover with a top coat. It looks fabulous but it never lasts more than a few hours. I give it plenty of time to dry but it seems that under the foil the glue never quite gets dry so the foil becomes wrinkly and loses its high shine. I've tried leaving it for longer before applying the foil but the time makes no difference.
Anyone experienced this and found an answer, or any nail technicians on who could tell me what I'm doing wrong?
