Help needed men who have had pituitary gland tumor!

I was recently diagnosed with a Pituitary Gland cyst. I could not climax during sex no matter how long we engaged in sexual intercourse. I finally saw an ENDO DOCTOR and he put me on Cabergline 0.5mg twice a week. I have been on this drug about four weeks. My Prolactin was 38 and last lab work showed Prolactin at 1.38. I still cannot reach orgasm after having sex with my wife today for two hours. Can any off you guys that have had this problem tell me is there anything that can help you reach an orgasm? This has gone on for 6 months and I am about to loose my mind by no being able to reach orgasm. I would do anything to cum. I would appreciate any information you may be able to give me. My last labs were about 2 weeks ago my testosterone was 815 and my Prolactin was 1.38. Thank you in advance.
