Help needed

I was wondering if anyone knows how to enlarge this thumbnail.
I've tried but when I make it larger the picture is so grainy that you can't
see the image.
Any help is most welcome

I think you are well and truly stuffed. 2.6k is what it is, and no way can you get more resolution out that thumbnail than what is in it.
It looks interesting though...
