Depends on what she likes really... But on average I think it's safe to say that most main-stream porn is directed at a very much male audience. A pity, but true...
To me, a major turn-off is the degrading of women and the lack of foreplay in porn. There's also, most of the time, no show of any emotions in it, that really bothers me too. Then if the whole movie is topped with a really fake-moaning fake-orgasming girl... well major turn-off ^_^
Vivthomas productions made a few good "porn for couples" movies though. It still sometimes feels acted and has its faults, but I guess it's a good starter.

What bothers me about most porn actors is that they don't respect the women they're doing the scenes with. About the only actor I know who really just loves women and wants to make them feel good (not just put up a look-how-good-I-fuck-them act as there seems to be in most porn) is Julian Rios. Thing you have to keep in mind is that to (most?) women, the turn-on isn't really the visual part, but rather imagining real situations and being able to relate to what's happening in the scene. If anything happens that I think is "fake" I go -.- MEH!
