could be jock itch, if it comes and goes from being sweaty- they make a cream for that...or us ecould try some talcum pwder in your jock to keep things dry before you sweat.....it may also be allergic reaction to change in soap, laundry soap or fab softner..it is kinda hard to tell by this picture. for that i would try some "Hydrocortisone creme" use it daily after a shower and apply liberally again at night before bed. one other thing ..i assume your are masterbating if you do not use lube it could be dry chaff- using some kind or water based lube will help, but the Hydrocortisone creame will help that too... i have use it before with success.

JSYK(jus so you know) you dont have to have sex to get and STD- It doesn't look STD to me, but you can get them from public toilets(sitting on them), door knobs that someone touch with out washing- use a paper towel to turn of faucets when washing hands and to open the restroom when you leave, then toss it in the trash after you opened the door. good luck hope it works if not you may need to see a dermotologist .

I suspect it may be jock itch as well... make sure the underwear you're wearing is breathable and not tight. Jock itch loves being warm and damp and that's what you need to avoid; stay cool and dry.

It could be a habit that may have prolonged it for years...
-make sure you pat yourself dry after you shower
-if you sweat often/easily (athletic? humid weather?), you may need to powder yourself to stay dry
-when possible, try changing into dry underwear/clothes
-try a different underwear (type, brand, material)

Take a moment to check out your underwear and make sure that it's 100% cotton. If it has polyester, nylon or spandex, it's not absorbent like cotton is.

You may be a virgin now - but with that schlong you're packin', you won't be alone much longer.

dude, a rash for 7 years?
to a doctor, young person!

and burn your old underpants.
with fire and gasoline.
start anew with a fresh pack of cotton man-panties.

if insurance is an issue, i'm willing to hunt around for a clinic in your area.
i don't need specifics.. just a decent size metro area in traveling distance for you.

I looked at the pic and thought it looked like ringworm myself. I had ringworm on my arm before, and yours looks almost exactly the same. Then I looked up ringworm and found that a ringworm infection on the groin is called jock itch, which has already been said. Lol, learn something new every day.

It really looks like extreme jock itch, which is a fungal infection. Go to the store and buy anti-fungal cream or spray (Lotrimin). Also buy Goldbond body powder. The rash thrives on dark, damp, warm places, so keep it clean and wear loose-fitting clothing. Put the cream or spray on, wait about 20 min, then sprinkle the powder on to absorb any moisture throughout the day.

Ok, this is like the 3rd post of this type in the past month or so. Will you people please stop posting pictures of your rash dicks asking for medical advice on a board where total strangers claim to have 10inch penises and go to a fucking doctor.

I'm no doctor, but I do work in a healthcare setting where we see an awful lot of fungal infections, dermatitis, etc. Hard to tell completely from the picture but that has the characteristic look of ringworm. I would try a strong anti-fungal cream like Lotrimin Ultra and use it per the directions. I would NOT use hydrocortisone because that could make the fungal infection worse. It could also be many other things but if you've had it this long the Lotrimin won't hurt to try. If it doesn't go away with that it may be an allergy or some type of dermatitis and you could try hydrocortisone or even benadryl cream then, but if it's not a fungus go see your doctor.

I would try Lotrimin ultra first if it is a fungal that should show improvement within a week. If so keep it up until you are sure it's gone. If not see a dermatologist. I have genital psoriasis and the look is very similar. Don't expect a GP to know the difference. The statistics say that GP's only hit correctly on skin diseases about 15% of the time. That's according to a dermatological conference I attended. Hydro cortisone can mask things by making them go away without you ever knowing what it is. Psoriasis is one of those conditions. In addition H C can thin skin drastically on the genitals and cause troubles you won't believe if you use it to long. Like making things so fragile they bleed from touch don't expect sex. Use it no more than two weeks. If it takes longer than that you have a problem a dermatologist needs to address. Experience.
