Well. this is an interesting thread.
OP: You got junk; I am 95% sure. See a urologist or GP if possible for a valid scrip; they hand 'em out like candy.
I take 5mg Cialis daily, a very controversial dosing, since another medication I take fucks up all my hormones. Once my hormones read like a woman's readings! It helps. I feel like a kid again; my 2nd partner calls me Mr. Big and Purple.

Better hang, better confidence. But this use must be approved. My uro gave me options. YMMV.
One reaons for 5 mg / day is my partners; they both say "We don't want no synthetic wood around here." That is, it is meaningful to each to *give* me my erection, not just *enjoy* it. So, no pre-sex Viagra, no injectibles for me. rather a very low dose of corrective action, allowing reponsiveness with absolutely *no pressure to perform*.
Another is an obscure paper by Sommer and Shulze claiming rehabilitation of endothelial cell function by PDE5 inhibition. Now, it's an outside chance, but with cardiologists these days taking whopping fuckloads of Zetia and other statins to run their risk of cardiac arrest way down, and me already on Crestor (a statin), the hope of rehabilitation is worth pursuing. An even more recent paper described improvement of exercise peformance with PDE5 inhibitors. Sex is great exercise! I also ride bicycles.
Cialis changes my life for the better....I am happy to pay the price.
Internet pharmacy: I say don't waste your time.
Doctor visit: worth it; bring partner or friend, and know how to talk to a doctor before you go.
You *never* ask for a medication with any doctor, you have to be *subtle* and play the role. They call it "medication-seeking behavior" and it will go in your chart if you try it, on permanent record, not that anyone will look at at.

They really do know more than you, and it's just
insulting to short-circuit 12 years of med school with a request for "happy pills" of any kind, be it Prozak, Viagra, or Adderal, three very popular drugs.
Lastly, Medicare Part D. For those in retirement or on disability, some Part D plans provide, say, 12 x 20 mg Cialis for like $50 or so. That's a good deal. I have a disability and such a plan. To reduce costs, check your insurance,
do the appeal routine, and look for a recruiting study. There are no manufacturer plans for this drug that I know of.
My 2nd post to LPSG! Howdy!
