Help with "funny" names

Years ago I started a list of strange and unusual or funny names. Unfortunately it was on a word processor floppy disc that got erased so I'm trying to start over.

For example: Penny Pincher
Claude Balls
London Bridges
Brooke Trout
Della Gate
Gaye Holiday

You get the idea. Now if you can submit others, I'll re-do my list on a disc this time for keeping.
