Stumbled upon this pic I had saved in my PC, and now I can't stop looking for him.

Anyone knows who he is? Or where the pic is from? Reverse image searching gave no results besides 1 result with a "Johnnyrichsxx" guy, but he's not him, the guy in my pic has those two tattoos.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I won't be able to continue with my normal everyday life until I find who this is

Hm, there is a similarity, but I'm not sure. Does this Francesco even do full frontal nudity btw? He's mostly a sfw fitness model judging from a quick search in Google.
