Andy: My penis is roughly 5.5-6.0 inches long and around 4.5-5.0 inches circumference.
I absoloutly sure i wanna make it larger. I have the dedication and the will to stick to any regime, and im just woundering what would be the best technique for me, and the quickest. Thankyou

With surgery, there are plenty of tales of it all going hideously wrong and destroying what you did have. Infections are a real problem and some gains don't seem to be permanent. (Has anybody here had it done?)

As for jelqing it's not going to do any harm (in moderation) and the exercises while they might not make you bigger, will improve your erection.

Easiest way that I know of getting a bigger dick is just to be born with it... Although I do promote several products on my website the pills and jelqing seem to produce the most permanet results with the least(or none at all) side effects.
