Hey everyone, I am a skinny 20y and I will start going to the gym this month and I'd like to get some tips being a begginer.
Some important things I would like to point out, I am vegetarian, and I know that it will take some time to get some change in myy body, but is there a way of accelerating this process naturally, like, some months earlier? (without anabolics, definally not doing those).

Add a heaping spoonful of creatine monohydrate to your Whey Protein Isolate shake after your workout. Also, drink lots of water. Cottage cheese is a good source of casein protein. Squats, deadlifts, and bench are great for mass building. Be consistent. Best of luck.

When I worked out, I was going more for the lean/ripped look than the bulk/muscle. Steady reps of lower weights, cardio. Especially using a rowing machine WILL kick your ass and give you tremendous stamina. I used Met-RX chocolate shakes after the workouts. Eat lots of protein: chicken, tuna and cottage cheese.
