Well it might not happen specifically to him but to normal everyday men it does. In the UK theres been a huge scandal lately where group young men were falsely accused to rape in different cases. They lost their job their place in uni their pictures were shared by many media outlets. the police hid the evidence such as text and whatsup from the authorities which could easily proved that they were innocent. Yet the women who falsely accused them their identities were protected

Not nearly as prevalent as actual rape. It’s incredibly rare for anybody to even get convicted of rape when they did do it because there is an inherent lack of evidence so if you really think a false accusation is going to get him locked up you are very wrong and it’s actually incredibly harmful to even talk about false rape accusations as if they’re some kind of epidemic sweeping the nation because they aren’t and never have been.
