Okay...so let me make sure I'm following this correctly...
Henry gets the roll as Geralt. During the 1st season press, he mentions how he changes the character dialogue to make the character more verbose and intellectual to better match his image of the character.
Then he quits The Witcher 'cause suddenly the changes are too much, basically throwing them and their upcoming Witcher spinoff under the bus, making the announcement that he's back as Superman...an act I'd have to guess could hurt his relationship with Netflix and possibly hurt that Sherlock spinoff.
Side Note: Anyone who's read the books knows how much Lauren changed The Witcher. However, I doubt Henry would want a 100% faithful adaption, cause otherwise he'd be filming a sex or bath scene every other day
Meanwhile, crickets from DC. Gunn took over DC what was it, the day after Black Adam released, and never even acknowledged said movie was in theaters. The Rock and his ex wife are shouting Man of Steel 2 into an empty void. Gunn doesn't even want his cameo in Flash if it suggests a future movie.
And didn't Discovery buy Warner Bros? If the merger goes through in 2023, I'd have to imagine Warner Bros is looking to tighten up ship and not mindlessly spend.
Plus ad in that meeting with Marvel that went nowhere, I truly do not know what's going on in his career. And sad at it is, I doubt any studio is looking at him and saying yeah, that's our next Bond. I dunno, who knows...maybe this'll make Henry more open to nudity if it means landing an acting roll

I love Henry. I love him as Supes, but don't
NEED him in a franchise. I'd actually love it if he did more independent films like Night Hunter, but I don't know if that provides the pay check he's looking for.
