Hey everyone, new here, been reading for bit though. Just wanted to let you guys know I've been doing PE steadily for about 2 weeks now, and I'm going to update you guys so you can have some proof that it actually works, I'll take some "before" pics soon and post them up. I'm starting PE because I've been using a stretcher, and it actually worked very well. I started Feb. last year, I was 5.8 x 5.25, and by that June I was 6.5 x 5.75, so pretty good gains! I kind of just stopped using it after that for whatever reason, and now I started it up again in April/May this year and have seen no gains since then, so I've decided to couple the stretcher with PE. So as of now, I'm 6.5 x 5.75, I'll let you guys know how it goes from here!
