Hi all! First time poster, long time parusing the forums... just made the acc today. Looking forward to reading some of the insight on a number of topics here. Size: Pre-hernia op. - 8x5.5 Post-hernia op. - 7.5x5.5 The operation I had really dealt me a smack to my "below-the-belt" ego, and I even lost some of my pubococcygeus muscle strength from it. I have been considering the jelquing to get me back to where I was, but even after much research, I have been a bit resistant... I am worried about messing up and somehow damaging something important... anyone have any ideas about minimizing the risk? Would it be a bad idea to spread out the PE routine over twice the time?
