Believe it or not, I once saw a guy who had a dick bulge that hung down to his knees. He had this tubular "thing" hanging down the left leg and at the end was the clear outline of his circumcised head. The corona was quite obvious. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. He was a tall thin young man, in his early 20's. On the other side of his trousers was a huge ball bulge.

This was in the early 80's, long before cell phone cameras.

Another alternative: Stretch the pouch.
1. Set your iron to the lowest steam temp with steam on high.
2. Lay out your underwear with the pouch pulled flat (like a side view)
3. Press the iron down on the pouch and lean on it.
4 Pull the pouch out from under the iron, stretching it as you pull.
5. Flip over and repeat on the other side.

Stretching the elastic in the seams is more important than stretching the fabric.
