The chicks call me long thickness and I'm here because I have some issues most people just don't understand or want to hear. I hate not being able to wear boxer shorts or be able to go to a public pool without worrying about tramatizing somebody. I hate that I HAVE to adjust when I get an erection in public because it's just to painful not to. I hope to find some really good advice here and a lot of support.

My advice to you is to move from the mid-west bible belt. I once met in London a guy from your locale and he was so repressed. After a year in London, he began to lose his "chains".
