Despite my name, I'm not a prick. Bit of a goofball once you get to know me. Hoping I can find a place to belong and enjoy the shenanigans with all of you.

If you know of any tasty overnight oats recipes please, send them my way. Greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forums :) I've been making overnight oats for my parents every night haha. I usually use the standard oats, chia seeds and greek yogurt, but I put in coconut milk instead of normal/soy/almond. My parents like fresh fruit in theirs but sometimes I will put in dark chocolate nibs or toasted coconut as well or possibly toasted macadamia nuts. If you want something more exotic, I have tried to put things like matcha or sweetened azuki beans inside before as well but not sure if you would be able to find those where you are >_< What do you usually have in yours?

For mine I do quick oats with cinnamon, nutmeg, milk or water, some peanut butter. Maybe chocolate nibs if I remember. Along with sliced half banana or half golden delicious apple. I should start adding nuts to it and chia seeds too.

The chia seeds kind of give the oats a more pudding-ish type of texture. Hard to describe but they are healthy at least too ^^.
