Started pumping about six years ago everyday more or less and have just purchased a 3 inch tube (around 9 inches circumference inside). After a couple of weeks of pumping in it my base girth is starting to see some permament gains, also the inner penis and skin above the base is becoming stretched. Pumping for me is better than clamping and jelquing. The girth in the tube slowly moves up your cock with time; well years for me. The only problem is i'm stuck at around 7 inch length.

I think I started around average girth 4.5-5. unpumped now around 7 at the base down to around 5.2 near the head . If it is cold or am feeling anxious my erect girth can be .5 of an inch down. Anyone else have this problem?

With pumping and with minimal fluid build up a 1.5 inch girth gained in the tube could equate to .25-0.5 inch of permanent girth with time.

Pumping for me is much better than clamping as I could only get so big in the clamp maybe .5 inch of girth in the pump up to 2 inches at the base.

Funny no one on this site pumps but when you look at some of the pics they seem to be inflated ??
