Some people seem to get offended when I point out to them how stupid they are. What do you think I should do about this?
Why is Luka82 always wanting presents.:biggrin1:
You do know you're supposed to be dressed and ready for our "visitor" mahnyanna, right?
Well, YOU show how to do that, my porcine princess, since I'm kinda PC dense, y'know?Do you mean mañana?
It's OK. I was ignoring you.Well, YOU show how to do that, my porcine princess, since I'm kinda PC dense, y'know?
Be serious- I'm sick of using phonetics for that word. It's OK. I was ignoring you.
What?Be serious- I'm sick of using phonetics for that word.

I'm well aware of that TYVFM, there, my pork chop princess, however, since I have no knowledge of how to type that in my posts, phonetics is all I can do.The orthography 'mañana' is not 'phonetics' - in IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) the word 'mañana' would be represented as [məɲɑna].
At least I think so - my Spanish accent is terrible, I think the first syllable is unstressed and the second is a long [ɑ] - I'm open to correction on that. Hick?

No, actually, you showed me how it is spelled without phonetics and with a symbol on top, which I don't know how to incorporate into it with a pc.That doesn't make any sense - I assume you mean you haven't knowledge - but even still, I showed you what the phonetic representation looks like, it's nowhere near what you typed.

Oh, BTW, I meant to type in have no knowledge last post.

MB, don't be ridiculous- I just want to know how to use the PC to type the word in my posts, no more less. Now, stop letting this get blown out of proportion and PLEASE REALIZE THAT, OKAY?You're being dim, Chuck.

Is my use of the IPA confusing you? One symbol for one sound - not the same as orthography, i.e. spelling which varies from language to language, country to country, and can represent the same sound with different symbols or use the same symbol to represent different sounds.
