I think this sums up the problem of younger men being so insecure with nudity around other men completely. Young men do not have a REALISTIC idea of what normal size is anymore because they are comparing themselves to the guys they see on porn websites because that have unsually large cocks. They're not getting paid money to be naked on porn website because they are normal size. Because of this, young men don't have a reference point for what is normal anymore as they have been sheltered from seeing their peers naked in non-sexual environments such as the sauna, shower and locker room. Since schools have done away with mandatory showering after gym class, and private gyms offer ultra privacy, young guys don't know what normal size is anymore. Thus they feel insecure about showing themselves around other men because they feel they won't measure up based on what they've seen on-line. I have been using open showers, saunas and locker rooms for almost 25 years now, and must have seen thousands of guys naked over those years. I can tell you with absolute certainty that the men you see in those pictures are completely normal, and look like the majority of guys out there (hence the term "average"). Those "trophy cocks" you see on porn websites are few and far between in the real world. I have only seen about 5 trophy cocks that made me do a double take out of those thousands of men I have seen naked over the last 25 years. Believe me, "trophy cocks" are not common at all. The best thing you can do for your self esteem is leave your sheltered environment and be naked around other guys in the shower, sauna and locker room. You will then have a much clearer idea of what normal really is.

Hard to say. It's not a "problem" for those of us who enjoy it, but everything's so weird with pics on theinternet ( ask Rep. Anthony Weiner) that anything goes.

No prude here, and I love being naked with other naked guys in a locker room. But I don't feel good about the premise of this thread. The gym I used to go to in Florida had banned the use of cell phones (because of cameras in them) in the locker room. Many guys disregarded the rule, of course, but I could see why it was instituted. I think it would be rare to find a guy of any persuasion who would want a nude locker room picture of him first of all taken and, more importantly posted on the Internet, without his knowledge and permission.

I don't know, I'm of two minds when it comes to pictures and videos like these. On one hand, it is hot to see average guys naked but on the other, I'm not sure how I would react if I saw a photo of myself, taken somewhere where I presumed I hd privacy.
