I've been going to doctors sinc I was 14 years old and have a file cabinet full of trials/combo's that did not work.It is in remission,no new boils or infection. The problem is I have stage 3 with open sinus tracts that will never fully heal and huge scars. The only fix is to cut the affected areas out.One in my left arm is going to require a skin graft.

I'm still hoping to find something to kill the itch and burn without surgery.Keeping it in remission would be great, just not possible.I've had clear periods of years and then I get hit again harder than the last. There are just to many variables to control, since I won't hide at home under an air conditioner.

I just read a little bit on it and it says that humid areas can cause flare ups, and judging by your pic you are living in Oregon, have you considered moving?

Actually yes we have thought of moving from Oregon(even though summer here is very dry). That's on hold till our son finishes highschool. He's got too much going on to move now though.

The major factor for me is sweat in the pits and groin. That means anything I do that makes hot and sweaty results in near debilitating burning in the affected areas.(Yes that includes sex!)I work outdoors and have a wife that likes attention daily:frown1:.
I should say that the last out break midwinter left the scars and sinus tracts,so this is the first summer I've had a real problem with constant pain.
