It is a blessing, however, it took me nearly 30 years to realize this. I used to think it was a curse to be horny all the time and think about sex so much.

In my present circumstances, I finally see it as 100% blessing...but for most of my life, I felt that my extremely strong sex drive was more of a curse.

I have been in both worlds. When I was in my twenties, I jacked off before I went to work and sometimes went to the bathroom and jacked off again while at work. And then again after work. On a good day there was time for another jack off session at bedtime. I was single then.

Now I have a spinal cord injury. The doctors were surprised that I could even get an erection. When they found out I could produce semen they were amazed.

Yes, I have noticed this too. My toys never did last very long.

My wife is trying to be less apprehensive about sex hurting but a lifetime of family issues and nearly 33 years of painful intercourse it is hard for her to be enthusiastic sometimes. She is trying as hard as she knows how but after losing another week to a vaginal infection her dilation program has lapsed again.

She says that she just doesn't have as high a sex drive as I do, I hope that will improve if she can learn to relax and enjoy sex.

So having a higher sex drive has been difficult because she is sexy and desirable.

I used to be more horny, I still jo 5 times a day if I am stressed even now, but as I have aged my orgasms have become more intense and more .. final. Three times a day is now normal. During sex, my orgasms are less intense and so allows for more, but until I started reading this site I had never heard of any woman being able to take that kind of attention, I have certainly never met any.

I don't know if it's a common complaint or not, but I wore out the first 3 vibrators I owned, before switching to non-electrical toys.

It seems that all jelly-based dongs eventually break down and have to be thrown out, but I think that's the nature of the beast.

Glass dildos are very durable, though, as are higher-quality vibrators (at least the 2 I have right now have held up well, so far).

Just wondering why people would consider a high sex drive to a curse. There could be different reasons. I find I sometimes can't even sleep because the nads are rumblin' but that's just me.
