So you could say it was a witch hunt hoax? And 'There is no there there. NO THERE THERE! We completely wasted everybody’s time and taxpayer’s money'? Oh no no no... This only proves that the deep state problem is much bigger and more powerful than we thought!

But the mission was always to simply smear Hillary enough to get Trump elected. Mission Accomplished!

A major investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while she was secretary of state found no evidence of deliberate mishandling of classified information.

The finding by the U.S. State Department, released on Friday by Republican Senator Chuck Grassley's office, follows a three-year investigation, for which Clinton handed over roughly 33,000 emails.

Meanwhile, Republican house members violating security protocols and taking their cell phones with them, some turned on, when they pushed past capitol police and tried to storm the impeachment inquiry where cellphones are forbidden (not a criminal act, but one which warrants getting "written up" and would get contractors fired, etc.

Cuz national security is so important to the GOP didn't you know?

MEANWHILE:

D.C. press whitewashes its role in 2016 email fiasco after State Department exonerates Clinton

"Page 16 and 649 words.

That’s how The New York Times treated the recent news that a years-long State Department investigation concluded there was no systemic or deliberate mishandling of classified information via emails sent to and from Hillary Clinton's private server while she was secretary of state.

The Times covered that story regarding a seminal event from the 2016 campaign by publishing a single, brief article buried deep inside its A-section last Saturday. It was almost like the Times newsroom was telling readers, “Nothing to see here, folks.”

The Times was hardly alone in aggressively downplaying the State Department's conclusion.

Most of the press treated the latest Clinton absolution as nothing more than a passing footnote, giving the news little or no coverage (the word "emails," for instance, was never mentioned on Sunday's Meet the Press, or ABC’s This Week.

Recall however, that during the final stretch before the 2016 campaign, the Times famously crammed three separate Clinton email stories onto its front page on the same day, signaling to readers that the story had reached epic, blockbuster proportions."

And yet she still destroyed evidence, had hard drives degaussed, deleted emails, smashed phones and SIM cards.

As for the GOP “storming” into the closed secret impeachment hearing the walked in because they wanted to see what was happening. When the cell phone issue was pointed out they gave them to staffers to be removed without question or hesitation.

But why is it the DNC wants full transparency on some things but then conducts secret meetings with an invisible whistle blower who has at best uncoroberated third party information suddenly a private issue. Oh and it was never actually officially classified a secret hearing. They just didn’t tell anyone it was going on.

At least 12 of the congressmen that "wanted to know what was going on" had access in the first place. They are on the 3 committees investigating including Jim Jordan. They get to ask questions and listen if they want to.
It is a bipartisan committee questioning. And Schiff is using the same rules GOP came up with to hold these.
As even Judge Nepolitano pointed out to fox and Friends.

They didn't want to listen to the witnesses. Because the content of the testimony is so damning. It's easier to do the clown show they put on.

Exactly. GOP had no fkng problem with closed door investigative sessions when THEY did it:

Did the GOP, when it controlled the House, hold closed hearings in an inquiry into the 2012 attack on the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi? - Quora

Yup. The Select Committee on the Events Surrounding the 2012 Terrorist Attack in Benghazi held a total of 33 sessions, only four of which were public hearings

BTW,

Here are the Republicans who barged in on a CLASSIFIED hearing (and Trump ass-kisser and sycophant Steve Scalise, from my own state, was one of the RINGLEADERS)

The point you are missing is that at no point was the hearing officially classified. Shifty likes to throw that word around but in order for something to be classified it has to have a classifying authority declare it to be. Once that is done the classifying authority then has to give it a status. Either “classified” “secret” “top secret” or “top secret special designation”, That way you know what security provisions have to be taken. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. What did happen was Schiff just said “it’s classified”

Got news for you people. That’s not actually classified. That’s not how it’s done. And both sides know that.

Can we please stop calling this a Hearing, it's an INQUIRY. They are two very different things, with different rules.

An Impeachment Hearing MUST be done publicly, the House is not there yet. An Inquiry can legally be done behind closed doors (via a 2015 Republican rule change). The INQUIRY is to sus out if there is enough evidence to go to a hearing. If the House decides there is enough evidence, to follow through with an Impeachment Hearing, then all the testimony is redone publicly where all witnesses retestify.

Everything being done, at the moment, is 100% legal and within The House rules. Note, the Inquiry is being held in a bipartisan manor - there are both Democrats and Republicans in that room. There are also both Republicans and Democrats not allowed in that Room, simply because they do not sit on either three committees that are running the Inquiry.

Either side may not like that they're behind closed doors (undersrandable) and this is not unfair or illegal. It's actually standard practice, and was done with both Nixon and Clinton's Impeachment Inquiries.

So since it was never classified in the first place. I have no idea why they are saying Republicans “stormed” the meeting like it was the beaches during the battle of Okinawa. Or why people were screaming about cell phones being brought in in the first place. Also the GOP had members on the board. So In reality no security procedures were actually violated besides them walking past a closed door.

What I want to know is why when it did happen did Schiff run out the back door with the so called whistle blower in tow? I thought that impeachment precedings were supposed to be the whole floor with each side being able to call witnesses and cross question. That’s what happen when they impeached Nixon and Clinton. Here is something else to keep in mind as with Clinton just because your impeached does not guarantee that you will be removed and if not removed then re-elected.

Closed doors yes, but it doesn’t have an actual security classification, that’s been my point.

See the 2015 rule change, anything that goes on in that room is considered protectedt classified. Again, what's going on is 100% fair, due to a Republican majority rule change.

When all you can attack is the process you know you are in trouble. So that’s what they’re doing.

And yet Sargon like always you will miss the mark. When this is all said and done no impeachment will happen from this, just like it didn’t happen from the Mueller Report and Trump will get re-elected in 2020 by an even bigger margin.

If no impeachment happens it will NOT be because of Trump's SELF PROCLAIMED innocence, or some bullshit logic that he was too fkng IGNORANT to engage in EXTORTION.

No it will ONLY be yet ANOTHER example of how thoroughly FUCKED our democracy IS, underTrump, his sycophants in the GOP, his flunky DOJ, and the CONSERVATIVE STACKED Supreme Court. As if we don't have example of that ALREADY.

BOTTOM LINE.... Trump has stood on a world stage and begged a foreign adversary to HACK AMERICAN SERVERS, he's ADMITTED to soliciting foreign governments to investigate and give him dirt on a political opponent, he's ordered his AG and those in his "administration" to ignore subpoenas, suppress evidence, and OBSTRUCT JUSTICE, he's attempting to use the power of the office he so MALIGNS to bully fellow Republicans to do HIS bidding, according to HIS will, he's attempting to silence and discredit the press, and ANYONE else critical of HIM, he's abandoned American allies on the field by rubber stamping genocide, he cozies up to (OTHER) dictators and despots (that's right... I said OTHER), he continues to confiscate immigrant children and house them in detention camps with NO plans in place for reuniting them with their families, he works to undermine health care insurance, the rights of minority voters, he excuses and dismisses white supremacists and neo-Nazis ("very fine people"), he stokes hate based sentiment, and he stiffs American cities and their taxpayers for the expenses of his hate rallies, while PROFITING from the office he so MALIGNS.

And worse still, his supporters, sycophants, apologists, defenders, and SHILLS, our SO-CALLED "PATRIOTS", rubber stamp that kind of shit... APPLAUD it even, and RELISH the thought of four (or MORE) years of the SAME.

Right. "Real American HEroes," they are.

So what’s he done different than what Obama tried to do for Clinton? Of more general than that, what’s he done different from the DNC???

If you are able to SERIOUSLY ask that question with a straight face, then I BELIEVE I would be wasting my time even ATTEMPTING a response.

So... you’re saying Obama didn’t use gov agencies to spy on trump during the campaigns? Or improperly used the FISA courts to issue warrants and survailance on opposing candidates, or use his influence to get Clinton cleared of the server fiasco less than 24 hours before she was announced as the DNC presidential candidate. Didn’t Biden actually confess to using his power as VP to withhold foreign aid money until the Ukraine stopped investigating his son.

Just saying no angels on either side

Pure waste of time b.c. Everything everything goes back to Obama and/or the Clintons. You know the three are the source of evil in the modern world. Well the world according to whacko AK-47 lovin red America. Outside the US hate industry aka Fox and Friends the world has a different picture.

Just one chart says how far we have fallen.

Just saying no angels on either side

Okay, I'll entertain these points (many that have little to do with all the points I mentioned).

1. I agree, no angels on either side. But there are better, less ODIOUS people on ONE.

2. Evidence suggests government agencies spied on Trump during the campaign. But, as I've argued a number of times before, Trump stood on a world stage and INVITED Russian meddling in our election. He AND his his campaign staff had secret dealings and interests (and NOT so secret ones) in Russia. They SECRETLY met with Russians soliciting dirt on their political adversaries. If intelligence WEREN'T spying on these bozo's, they WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN DOING THEIR JOBS.

Btw, for better or worse, intelligence agencies spy on people ALL THE TIME. They spy on US. Even as we type this stuff herein. It's a FACT OF LIFE. The QUESTION is what is done with the information.

We NOW KNOW that the Obama Administration was made aware of Russian meddling in our election, including hacks into election security, the hacks of American servers, and the dissemination of PROPAGANDA AND FALSE INFORMATION.

BUT THEY DID NOT INFORM THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AT THE TIME. Meaning, THEY DID NOT USE IT FOR POLITICAL GAIN. Frankly, I believe the American people DESERVED TO KNOW.

3. The "server fiasco"?? Perhaps you refer to the use of a private email server, which she was ultimately CLEARED of, and like a good DOZEN of Trump's people are CURRENTLY DOING.

4. Biden's withholding of foreign aid money had NOTHING to do with any investigation into his son. This was already discussed herein. Biden, Republicans, and US allies wanted a corrupt Ukranian official OUT.

Now that I've addressed your points, what about all that I MENTIONED. The profiting from the office, the extortion of foreign governments for political gain, the attempts at obstruction, the hateful demagoguery, the attempts to discredit the press, the denial of climate change, the undermining of environmental and consumer protections, the trashing of health care, the cuts to child nutrition programs, the trillion and growing dollar deficit, the Kurdish genocide, the trade war that's ruining farmers, the attack on reproductive rights, the disenfranchising of minority voters, the fat ass tax break FOR THE WEALTHY, the demonization of American born women of color who, according to Trump, need "go back" somewhere, his unethical, undignified, and unprofessional attacks upon his critics, journalists, political opponents, the treatment of immigrant minors forever lost to their parents...

DUDE... this FKR'S list of atrocities goes on and on and on. And Trump's shills and supporters are celebrating the eventuality of four (or MORE, because he has no plans on leaving) years of THIS SHIT??

Hey... YOU tell ME... what should I think of them ?
