He won't, but if he wins I still believe that within a year or so there will be a military coup in this country and they will usurp power away from the insane man in charge, and then all the gun nuts who prayed every night to keep their guns (and for a sale on ammo in stores) will ban together to fight the American military and then we are all fucked. I think that can happen, I honestly do.

2.) We don't deserve anything we don't actively work for: the American electorate's passively allowing political parties to set forth bad or unqualified candidates is a problem of our own making. So we screw ourselves.

3.) The passage of four years' time until the next election cycle won't, per se, bring about better results. What you advocate--waiting for four years--is passive inaction. Let me guess: Cruz, Paul, Huckabee, Kasich, Christie, Fiorina, Carson, Walker, Bush, Romney and Clinton will most likely all be back for a second shot at the trough.

4.) The media is out to sell advertising: don't depend on them to vet candidates or honestly evaluate candidates. Remember Wes Moonves saying about this race "It may not be good for America, but it's damn good for CBS"?

There's the midterm 2018 to shock the shit out of (by replacing) ineffective local and national dem and repub officeholders, if you have the gumption to try to do anything but whine and complain.

Think you are taking things out of context. What trump was doing was going after her on her vast years of experience, holding her accountable on her voting record (something brought up in every political battle, BTW), what she was a part of, what she contributed to, what she could have done to challemge the status quo, and so on. She's voted, switched, and ducked and weaved with the best of them, a true politican. Remember, she was against gay marriage, before she was for it.
