I have an Extreme Pouch Bikini. I wear it for swim support or just as underwear. I would not wear it to the pool. I do live in the Midwest! It is very comfortable. I strongly recommend Tropis.

Considering that pumpers wish to achieve what most of us already have in size would that alter your recommendations ? Many ask me if I have pumped (which I never did and find much too time consuming), so the large pouches could be just right.
