Ran across this website which I thought was really cool.
Has some hot stuff on here, but as well as good information on HIV infection risks, and a few videos that remind us of not only the health risks regarding bareback, but the legal implications too.

I do know that there were plans to go for blood on this in the Palm Springs area of Southern California. Last I had heard the budget cuts had really screwed the plans, but, I was told that there were circumstances under which active prosecution and criminal charges would be brought. The initial info came from an exec with the Riverside County Health Department. Have been gone from there now since 2006, so I do not know what has been done. I do know that the new police chief is a major "phobe" and has made the life of many gay people miserable.
