I work out for a number of reasons: health benefits, stay attractive to my wife, maintain strong sex drive, be able to eat more, I sleep less but much better quality, improves my cognitive functioning, benefits a variety of sports/outdoor hobbies, promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle to my kids...
I am 6'4" and 190 lbs, lean and pretty defined musculature. but not ideal... there are things I would change if I could... bigger pecs maybe... I dont think I get ogled much, although I would say I am in way better shape than 99% of our friends, many of whom have put on too much weight...
