No, I think there really are guys who do dumb-ass things with rulers and actually believe that they are measuring the length of their dicks. For instance, I found one bozo in the galleries who claims to have nine inches, and as "proof" offers a video in which he "measures" himself with a ruler -- by placing the end of the ruler into his crotch on the side of his cock!
