I have a good sized penis when erect, check my gallery and previous post. However, flaccid it isn't a show-er. I wouldn't want to undergo anything serious but would like to change the look of it flaccid. If to, have fat pumped into my foreskin to give a more visual girth? is that an actual method. I dont know enough about penis enlargement.

Jelqing would probably help that.

Over time it might make your penis bigger when erect too, but I'd think if you did a low intensity workout it wouldn't affect the erect size as much.

When I started jelqing I noticed a significant change in my flaccid size almost immediately.
