At first I thought this question should be under "Making It Bigger", but I'm not looking to make it bigger, I'm just wondering what makes it big in the first place, so I'm posting here.

Is the production of semen helped or hindred by periods of abstinence? Everybody knows that a few day's wait will increase your load. But what about a longer period? Would the production of male hormones decrease, or would it be allowed to build up?

What about the seminal vesicles? Do they stretch if you don't unload them regularly?

If a guy who has a lot of sex goes too long without it, like let's say a year, will his levels of male hormones decrease? If so, will they go back up again if he starts having sex again ?("sex" meaning, of course, any kind of sexual stimulation and orgasm, not just "intercourse")
