Yes I do take both garlic and vitamin C, and also selenium, which is said to be good for testicles. You might also consider eating enough tomatoes, for a strong prostate. The tomatoes don't have to be fresh (in fact, those in the stores are never very ripe). We use a lot of canned ones for stewing, sauces, and soups. My prostate is always loaded and ready for relief.
