My problem with extensions is that most are flat inside at the tip which allows them to buckle instead of maybe contouring the inside to shape around the penis head like a condom is contoured (my experience with ebay ones which I've had some pretty good luck with)

they should design high end ones with some sort of mesh inside the silicon so it can't buckle.

I tried that and my wife liked the texture and rib of the Mammoth. So putting a sleeve over it took away from her experience and made it a bit to girthy

I have bought two the Mailman sleeves from them. I love them both! The first one was their normal Mailman sleeve but I sent a request to their shop and they made my second one slightly firmer. They said the normal sleeves are a 00-20 shore hardness and the special request is a 00-30. You might give that a try. It is just slightly firmer with the same surface. It's not so hard that it hurt you though.
