There have actually been several, some really good, some lame AF.
Hell Bent was a decent gay horror slasher, but there is one that takes place on NYE that is done kina like Scream and it has some rather intense scenes.
I know it is on HULU, if that helps .
There is also a dreadful one called Testosterone, starring a hot closeted actor .
Search on GOOGLE for GAY HOROR or LGBTQ Horror and a smorgasbord will appear, then check the name on IMDB and you can find out where it is streaming.
