I saw him recently in Bill Wilders comedy "One, two three" and he was so hot. Late in life (he died in 2003) he talked openly about his bisexuality.
Unfortuneately, I could not find any nude photos of him, but how about these two.

WITH SO MANY BIG NAMES TOGETHER. HE WAS A BISEXUAL MAN AND A MARRIED FATHER. HIS SON PRFODUCED A VERY NICE MOVIE ABOUT HIS FATHER. HORST BUCHHOLZ HAS ALSO BEEN A REBEL AND WAS THE OFTEN CALLED GERMAN JAMES DEAN. A WONDERFUL HANDSOME MAN WITH A GREAT CHARME. I ALWAYS LOVED HIM!

He went full frontal in a skinny dipping scene in La Saveur. Film is available on Youtube, albeit not super quality.
