Let's create a thread for all the hostels and add pictures of the shower settings and also room type. That way we can know what to expect before we travel.
Here is an example:
Hostel name, City
Bathroom: mixed or male only
Ensuite (inside the room) or outside
Private or shared
Showers: communal or private stalls
