In Firefox I use a the top drop menu: Tools > Page Info > Media
which has a list of files on that page (if they are accessible)
the flash file will end .swf and I select it
and at the bottom of that window click Save As.

hey, thanks guys. I tried using that site to download the video, it didn't work. I tried going through the drop down menu on Firefox, that didn't work either. but then I saw that there was a link right on the page to download the .flv file. I downloaded the free FLV Player software that was in the link that LargeJohnson provided, hopefully that will work. The video is still downloading now.

I checked my browser settings, since the solution I offered above didn't work for you, and I have an add-on extension for Firefox called DownloadHelper.

DownloadHelper - Media download Firefox extension

It allows several formats to be saved to disk, including .swf

I use flv_viewer for Mac, and there are several other ones out there.
