I was walking down by the oceanfront a few months ago, I saw a guy jerking off in broad daylight on the top floor of a small hotel on the beach. The Standard Hotel over the new High Line Park in Manhattan was briefly famous for exhibitionism. No one was giving a show when I was there. I understand that authorities have since started discouraging guests from giving performances.

Once in New Orleans at Mardi Gras a few friends and I went up to a party in the Marriott which consists of two towers facing each other. On our way back, while standing in the elevator lobby, we looked out the window to see a guy laying naked on his bed stroking.
