How big are you soft?

when mine is soft it can be anywhere from 3 inches long to 7 inches long...i never know what i'm going to see when I whip it out so it's always a must see for me

the worst is when I'm showering at the gym and it doesn't want to move from the small size to the plump (not erect) size!

7, 8 soft?! That seems a little over the top for a flaccid penis. I have spent my fair share of time in the lockerroom through sports, etc..and I don't think I've ever seen a flaccid penis over 5 so I'm skeptical.

...does anybody have proof of these measurements depicted in photos?

I am 6.5 to 7" soft....my pics were up until someone started stealing them and using them for their own.

Mine averages out at about 6 by 6 soft, although there does tend to be a fair bit of variation.
The one thing that I've noticed is that girth seems to make guys look like growers rather than showers. Slim dicks appear to hang more when they are soft, they waggle about and, perversely, look bigger than thicker dicks of a similar length.
Or am I imagining it? LOL

I don't know about anyone else, but for me, it's impossible to accurately measure my soft dick. Sometimes, like after a workout or chilly, it's a nubbin and sometimes, when it's warm, it hangs maybe 5 inches.

I was thinking about this yesterday. How does a man determine his flaccid size. varies so much that it an either be called small to extra large, given time or condition. I vary from 3" to 5.5" and even up t 6". All completely flaccid. Erect length is easier. Varies only about a half inch for time to time.

I've found that if you measure along the top with a soft tape measure the results don't vary by that much, surprisingly. Mine always falls somewhere between 6" and 6.5" (growing to 9" NBP).
